Pool Technician

We are seeking an experienced Pool Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of pool maintenance, equipment repair, and installation, and can independently diagnose and solve pool-related issues while providing excellent customer service.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work efficiently in the field, communicate effectively with clients and team members, and maintain high service standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Test and balance pool water chemistry

  • Perform routine pool maintenance and cleaning

  • Fulfill service requests and diagnose pool issues

  • Repair and replace pool equipment as needed

  • Identify opportunities and recommend or upsell pool products, equipment, and replacement parts when appropriate

  • Install new pool equipment and plumbing systems

  • Assist crew with measuring and replacing pool liners

  • Conduct pool plumbing pressure testing

  • Detect and repair pool leaks

  • Troubleshoot and resolve general pool-related problems

  • Design and pre-plan pool equipment layouts when requiredProperly size pumps, filters, and heaters

  • Calculate flow rates and turnover rates

Skills Required

Requirements
